We are the official GeekPro company and therefore we would like to tell you that we are NOT the seller of the GeekPro 1.0 and GeekPro 2.0 cameras so we are unable to give you any advice or information about your product. Please contact your seller!

Q2: Is it possible to buy a soft carrying bag for my GeekPro 3.0 or 3.1?
It is currently not available, but we will add it to our shop by the end of January 2016.
Q1: How can I connect my GeekPro camera with my phone?
First of all, you have to have an android or iOS phone. Next, you have to connect camera and phone to the same WiFi network. The default password is 123456890. For more instructions please read manuals: http://www.geekprocamera.com/support/
Q2: How to edit my videos?
We suggest you to use a Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effect software for edit your videos.
Q3: What should I do if my brand new camera has scratches on the front lense?
You have to remove a thin protective layer.
